Chandler General Contractor has been handling residential construction and remodeling in the East Valley since 2014. We’re a small, focused team, and that’s intentional. Every project we take on gets our full attention, managed by the same people from the first call through the final walkthrough.

Where We Started

We started in 2014 as a straightforward residential remodeling operation in Chandler. No big territory, no sprawling service list. Just a commitment to doing quality work for homeowners who wanted someone local, licensed, and reachable.

Over the past 11 years, we’ve expanded our scope to cover a wide range of residential projects, from kitchen and bathroom remodels to home additions, ADU construction, garage builds, and full whole-home renovations. That growth came almost entirely through referrals from homeowners who worked with us once and came back, or passed our name to a neighbor.

We still operate the same way we always have: a core team that’s been together for years, a clear process for every project, and a single point of contact for the homeowner from start to finish.

How We Approach Every Project

We work with homeowners who want a contractor they can actually talk to. Not a call center, not a rotating cast of project managers, not a subcontractor chain where accountability gets blurry. When you work with CGC, you’ll have a direct line to the person running your project.

A few things that shape how we operate:

We don’t start construction until scope, timeline, and cost are agreed in writing. No surprises later because everything was vague upfront.
We handle permits. For every project that requires one, we manage the application, coordinate inspections, and make sure the work is done to code. You don’t have to navigate that process.
We communicate throughout the build, not just when there’s a problem. You’ll know what’s happening on your project without having to chase anyone down.
If something changes during construction, we bring it to you with a clear explanation before any additional work proceeds. Change orders are written and reviewed, not verbal.
We work a full week. Monday through Sunday 7am to 6pm. Weekends matter to homeowners, and we’re available.

We’re a ROC Licensed general contractor in the State of Arizona, fully insured with general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. We’ve been operating in the Chandler market for 11 years, and our reputation here matters to us.

What that means in practice:

Every project we touch is permitted where required. No shortcuts that create problems at resale.
We carry insurance that protects your home and your investment while work is in progress.
We're accountable to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, which means you have a real avenue for recourse if something goes wrong. It also means we have a track record worth protecting.
